Jireh Lau is the Founder of CJ Causland Investments, where he leads business development, manages the deal pipeline, and oversees strategic acquisitions across real estate and small business sectors.

He also works at The Home Depot Canada, where he leads the Supplier Analytics team, leveraging data analytics to drive insights and empower suppliers to make data-informed decisions that optimize performance and profitability.

Previously, Jireh was the Co-founder and CEO of GuyBean, a software startup designed to help restaurants increase traffic during off-peak hours through innovative digital solutions.

Jeffrey Chan currently serves as a partner at CJ Causland Investments. In his role, Jeff utilizes his strategic and financial skIlls to make informed decisions on business acquisitions.

In addition, Jeffrey is the Founder & Managing Partner at Cypress Atlantic Holdings. In his role, Jeff oversees the firm’s investment thesis, strategic direction, and execution.

Kimlee Bour currently holds the position of an investment analyst intern at CJ Causland Investments. In his position, Kimlee supports deal sourcing and evaluation, leveraging his background in accounting and financial management to assess small business and real estate investment opportunities. 

Kimlee is also a second-year student in the Accounting and Financial Management program at the University of Waterloo, where he is actively involved in extracurricular initiatives such as the Universal Finance Organization, the Waterloo Real Estate Association, and case competitions.ion goes here
